Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation on television. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother as well as an Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. In no time, she moved to Texas and completed her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in independent local film as well as international commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion for acting. Following her move from New York, in 2001 she landed her first part as a performer for the television show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. In 2004, she was cast in her debut series role in The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some great TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on screen for 85 episodes. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been recognized several times for her role as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She won an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performances on a Dramatic Television Series. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She was cast in the role of Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was on the character Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly more dark-hearted show Do No Harm. After a couple of episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The younger brother Cory was born 10 years older than her. She was brought up in an orthodox, religious family. Milano's professional career started at seven, when her babysitter invited her to a talent show. Four girls were chosen from over 1000 applicants. Milano appeared on the television in commercials, and off Broadway productions like the musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
